Step-by-Step Guide to Making a Heart-Shaped DIY Zipper Pouch


Step 1: Create a Heart Template


1. Draw a heart shape on a piece of paper. Ensure it’s symmetrical.



2. Make the heart size large enough to fit a zipper (about 6–8 inches wide).



3. Cut out the heart shape – this will be your sewing template.



Step 2: Cut the Fabric Pieces


1. Use the heart template to cut two pieces from your outer fabric and two from the lining fabric.

3. You should now have:
